USD/CHF retreats, unable to rise above 0.9200
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The USD/CHF printed a fresh low near the end of the American session at 0.9174, the lowest level since Monday. Earlier the pair rose toward 0.9200 but it failed to rise above and lost momentum.
For the second day in a row greenback is losing ground against the Swiss franc, pulling back from 2014 highs. The dominant trend is still bullish but currently the USD/CHF is making corrective moves.
The Swiss franc is so far on Wednesday the best performer among european currencies. The EUR/CHF after peaking at 1.0290 reversed sharply and it was at daily lows around 1.2060/65 while the GBP/CHF was testing the 1.5100 area, after trading near 1.5300 two days ago.
