United Kingdom RICS Housing Price Balance improves to -1% in Mar from -7%

Fed's Chairman Bernanke is giving speech on "Stress Tests Have Improved Resilience Of US Financial System", in which he notes banks are now ‘notably stronger’ and better positioned to manage the risk of limited liquidity. Bernanke also said the economy remains far from ideal performance. The speech is having no impact on the FX land as no monetary policy hints are given.
