Forex Flash: FOMC minutes the headline - BTMU
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Derek Halpenny, European Head of Global Markets Research at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ notes that like in Europe, the data schedule in the US today is light.
He writes, “The key event will be the release of the FOMC minutes of the meeting on 19th-20th March. However, Chairman Bernanke had a press conference after this meeting and we have since had a weaker than expected employment report, so the minutes this evening are unlikely to garner as much attention as usual.”
