Irish PM Varadkar: EU has upper hand in Brexit trade talks with UK

In an interview with the BBC on Monday, Irish Prime Minister (PM) Leo Varadkar noted that the European Union (EU) will have the upper hand in post-Brexit trade talks with the UK.
